AB InBev India is looking to hire Manager - Category Buyer for its Procurement team based
out of Bengaluru.
- Responsible for sourcing and procurement of MRO, Non-Commercial In-directs, and other category spends below INR 30 lakhs for 2 or 3 plants.
- Undertake business impact projects benefitting ABI plant and hub.
- Drive efficiency through KPI, improve new processes, build SOPs for effective procurement operation.
- Work together with plant and hub office stake holders on supplier eligibility, management, and development according to purchasing procedures.
- Review existing vendor agreements from commercial perspective and ensure that the key commercial terms are in line with the company guidelines.
- Manage supplier relationship and develop collaborative initiatives. Perform category risk assessment.
- Validate and approve analysis of categories and market analysis. Identify risks and develop category mitigation plans, select vendors, and manage contract creation.
- Review, sign and ensure implementation of negotiated contracts/POs. Identify new suppliers meeting business requirements.
- Categories spend analysis at regular intervals and finding opportunities for supplier consolidation and catalog buying.
