As part of this role you would be working as Customer Engineering Automation & Problem Management Specialist.
Experience:
bachelors degree in engineering/Technology (BE/B.Tech) or related field, with 8 to 10 years experience.
Job Description:
- Ability to Discovery, Design and Deployment of Automation packages
- Ability to understand the requirement from various functions and provide solutions.
- Analytical skill to identify root cause of the issue and provide solution.
- Study existing controls systems and BMS systems and prepare engineering design note.
- Propose controls & operations enhancements and solution documentation and technically lead & guide team through the implementation and operations cycle.
- Lead technically for Integration of Controllers to Central Supervisory Systems Design, Plan, Execute.
- Technical Interfacing with Customer and Internal Stakeholders
- Carry out pilots and manage implementations
- Prepare advisory reports for improvement and enhancement opportunities
- Troubleshoot customer problems and propose short term and long-term solutions
- Prepare / evaluate controls programs & logics and simulate to ensure SOPs are achieved
- Remote Commissioning Design and Execution
- Assist product management during release (UAT) and post release stages (Upgrade/enhancement)
- Cortix Onboarding support with various practices (Retail, industrial, etc)
- Continuous Retro Commissioning Design and Execution.
- Monitor the various Projects (KPI/KRA) during all phases(Initiation, Planning, monitoring/execution, closure) to ensure the desired Output/outcome.
- Set-up Proof of Concept for buildings
- Should have exposure to Field HVAC assets and operational knowledge.
Skills:
- Programming/commissioning knowledge with Niagara related applications (NexRev, Novar, N4).
- Knowledge in CORTIX AI Assistant
- Knowledge to Develop / Deploy / modify the BMS / Controls Logic sets for AHUs, Chiller Sequence (high level), RTUs etc and knowledge Electrical assets.
- Integration and troubleshooting expertise in various BMS components
- Preferrable to have the knowledge with Savvy Application.
- Preferrable to have the knowledge with Andover Application.
- Problem solving and Analytical skills.
- In-depth understanding of Building Equipment
- Ability to conduct the training sessions through training academy.
- Good to have skills on Microsoft Office tools
- Good verbal and written Communication skills
