Purpose of Job :
- Monitor & achieve budgeted Sales targets (5 Cr /m) from March 2025 & 30% margins for the textile business
- To build the organogram for effective sales generation across India & overseas
- To monitor & guide the team for targeted goals & facilitate them for the desired results
- Monitor payment receivables & control overdue payments by required actions
- To take required actions to manage & monitor P&L of the business
Objectives: - Demonstrate professional /disciplinary leadership of the team - motivation and training them.
Responsible for retaining and recruiting employees and supporting their personal as well as team development.- Responsible for financial targets, net sales, margins, and fixed costs (as may be in the control).
Develop & implement and monitor agreed sales strategies.
- Develop market intelligence within sales teams to pursue market growth and deepen market
penetration- new customers, new applications, and new markets.- Develop sustainable relationships with key customers.
Enable Cross Business collaboration /synergies to maximize value for the business.
- To maintain & develop business of textile products in customers Pan India & Overseas market.
To facilitate necessary infrastructure in various regions such as distributors, Traders, and Direct
Customers for business development- Devise & implement plans for promotion of products such as customer meets ,tech workshops as well as motivate dealers /distributors by various schemes
Devise a plan to participate in Seminars ,exhibitions as an exhibitor based on the customer spread region under focus
- Plan a warehousing facility.stock points ,stock transfer , based on the business potential & growth potential
* Plan overseas network in SA & SEA for business development
- Explore possibility of tie up /cooperation with overseas manufacturers for specialty & competitive price requirements & make necessary agreements / memorandum
