Formulating various MIS statements for monitoring day-to-day operations, strategic projects progress to provide actionable insights for management reporting and presentation; sharing essence of daily MIS reports sent by departments to the top management
Undertaking analysis of business performance/bottlenecks to make strategic decisions by the management; skilled in formulating future objectives and operational policies/procedures on performance and production areas for the organization.
Leading CFTs to design & develop analytics-based performance and efficiency dashboards
Conducting meetings with top management and taking strong follow-ups with HoDs to implement all actions specified in Minutes of Meetings
Coordinating monthly SNOPI meetings and adherence to monthly plan
Preparing capex plan based on redundancy creation, engineering constraints, demand forecasting, revenue expectations and strategic objectives; developing strategic capex proposals to drive revenue/profitability growth; driving budget FY21 preparation for all cable factories
Contributing in various process improvement projects to debottleneck productivity and reduce reworks in factory; working on 3 OEE improvement projects.
