We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer with 2-3 years of experience in the music retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for music. The Business Development Officer will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Thomsun Music House.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the customer base.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the music industry.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Represent Thomsun Music House at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
MBA or equivalent degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, specifically in the music retail industry.
Proven track record of driving business growth.- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Passion for music and knowledge of musical instruments is highly desirable.
