Ensure growth, drive technology adoption, and Create roadmap for conversion to direct accounts.
Responsible for educating customers on Qualcomm product roadmap feature differentiators and influencing executive decisions to further adoption of Qualcomm based products.
Market the benefits of co-marketing, branding, and PR with Qualcomm to distribution partners. Work with the marketing function to envision and execute joint marketing and PR campaigns.
Develop and drive strategies to scale adoption of Qualcomm based products and features.
Develop channel programs for deeper collaboration with distribution partners. Set goals/ KPIs with partners and monitor program progress.
Manage go-to-market of programs, including building and managing partner implementation, training partner managers, and reporting progress within global cross functional teams.
Industry Experience :
Strong knowledge of the Mobile, PC and XR market landscape
Solid Knowledge and experience in distribution (online, offline, LFR) with deep relationships across key partners.
Experience of managing/ driving business development in high-technology organizations, catering in the B2B space.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of sales business development, most of it in distribution players and managing products.
Management skills and proven record working in matrix organizations
B.Tech/ BE or equivalent and MBA in sales marketing with strong Analytical skills
