Key Responsibilities:
Sell Annual Subscriptions to a high-end business community targeting established business owners, entrepreneurs, and premium clientele.
Develop a sales team of 10-15 members, focusing on achieving subscription targets for the business community.
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients for long-term membership subscriptions.
Leverage market knowledge to identify potential leads and grow the subscription base.
Conduct client visits to build relationships and close high-value deals.
Track and report key sales metrics using MS Excel, providing actionable insights and performance updates to management.
Regularly analyze competitors offerings and market conditions to refine sales tactics and remain competitive.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
o 5-8 years of experience in selling premium memberships of 5-star hotels/clubs, high-end term insurance plans, or luxury cars.
o Proven success in handling large client portfolios and closing high-value deals.
o Experience managing a sales team of 10-15 people and driving team performance.
Skills & Competencies:
o Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch premium memberships to high-end clients.
o Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
o Sales Acumen: Excellent ability to convert leads into long-term subscription sales.
o Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
o Client Relations: Expertise in maintaining and growing relationships with premium customers.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Sales, or related fields (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in premium product or service sales, with strong market insights.
