Position Summary:
The role of a Manager in Business Development typically involves overseeing and guiding the growth and expansion strategies for the Dry Lamination Adhesives business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement business development strategies for the newly developed range of: Dry Lamination Adhesives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Partnerships and Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead generation, and sales strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on business development activities, performance, and progress to senior management.
Preferred Experience & Qualification:
- BSC /BTech Chemical Engineering.
- 7 to 8 years of business development experience in Dry Lamination Adhesives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and deals with clients and partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
