Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage high-level operations across all departments: Construction,

Sales, Interiors, Furniture, Loan Processing, and Channel Partnerships.

• Ensure effective cross-departmental coordination to maintain alignment with

company goals.

• Address and resolve communication issues within and between teams.

Integrate technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

• Foster innovative thinking to drive continuous improvement and competitive

advantage.

• Maintain and enhance the company's social media presence to promote brand

visibility and engagement.

• Coordinate seamlessly with engineering and accounts departments for the smooth

flow of operations.

• Implement the latest technologies to automate routine processes within the company.

Develop and install a clear and innovative mindset within the company.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance

overall efficiency.

• Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to promote the company and

engage with a wider audience.

• Apply AI for company branding, sales optimization, and other relevant areas.

Act as a problem solver and take responsibility for resolving issues that may arise.

• Monitor and evaluate performance, implementing necessary changes to improve

processes.

• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior

management.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and vibrant work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general management, preferably within the construction or

related industry.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technological advancements, and social

media strategies.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Friendly and approachable manner (Extrovert) with the ability to foster a positive

• work culture.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a reputed business school (like

• IIM, IIT, ISB, etc.,), Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
