Job Description
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and profitability analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management.
- Assist in strategic decision-making based on financial data.
- Supervise the Accounting & Finance department and provide guidance to the team.
- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage and mitigate financial risks associated with business operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager - Business Control should have:
- 6-10 years of overall experience in the field of Business Finance, Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Budgeting.
- Open to Pune as a location.
- Candidate should come with experience dealing within the Infrastructure, Manufacturing or Energy & Natural Resources industry.
