Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at BPSC INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of professionals, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and complete projects within specified deadlines and budgets
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the skills to effectively communicate, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts
• Knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, with the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Experience in overseeing construction projects, including managing contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
