Role Overview: We are looking for a Manager/Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing to lead strategy development, manage a team, and oversee client relationships. This role is suited for individuals with 3-7 years of experience who are ready to take on strategic and leadership responsibilities.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for D2C and other clients across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Tiktok.
- Manage a monthly budget of $20k USD or Rs. 15 lakhs INR, ensuring effective use and optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing executives, providing guidance and feedback.
- Oversee all aspects of client management, from strategy formulation to report presentation and action plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and explore new advertising opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content.
- Conduct account audits, assist with pitch deck creation, and contribute to media planning.
What you'll need:
- 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in e-commerce and D2C sectors.
- Proven expertise with Meta and Google Ads, including managing significant ad spends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
