Hiring & Deployment of FOS in Partner Outlets, Spread on Distribution of Sales Team in available Partner outlets, Responsible for Backend operation's team on fulfillment of Applications sourced from Stores. Need to operate the Business under assigned cost of acquisition, Control on Attrition of Team members, Deliver the Targets in given time frame, Ensure regular Training for New Team & Refresher Training for the existing team members.

Key Responsibilities Include
- To generate credit card business through Point of Sale/FOS Channel in open market.
- Achieve New Account Volume for the location Overall, surrogate wise
- NFTE Management - Hiring, Training & Grooming of NFTE's.
- Identify & execute on strategies to achieve planned targets.
- Identify business opportunities in Open Market Retail & Point of Sale and build consensus within sales team to execute on them
