Essential responsibilities will be to drive sales of credit cards through SBI and Partnership bank branches & other alternate channels by leading from front along with a team of Of Roll SBI Card Associate s.
Building and nurturing relationships with Key employees, regional managers, deputy general managers and higher ups ensuring maximum buy in from our channel partner.
Ensuring expansion of customer base for credit card within the state while keeping focus on sourcing within assigned cost of acquisition, proper sourcing mix, paid premium cards and x sell insurance target on credit cards.
Incumbent should develop highly motivated teams around him & keep driving growth along within essential quality parameters in synch with organizational and Area business objectives.
Accomplishment of area sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned locations; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieving Area sales operational objectives by contributing Area sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementation of resources for targeted acquisition , maintaining processing quality resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales requirement and implementing change.
