- We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team as we launch and promote our innovative app designed specifically for tenants in our business park
- The app aims to provide a seamless experience by offering a wide range of services and amenities that tenants can conveniently access within the campus
- As an assistant manager / manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Team in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive app adoption and engagement
- This role requires close collaboration with campus teams, including operations, technology, and external agencies, to create and deliver compelling content on a daily basis
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement of the app among business park tenants and to promote the app externally via social media channels.
- Coordinate closely with the campus teams, including Operations and Technology, to gather information about available services, amenities, and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date content is published on the app.
- Work closely with external agencies, content creators, and graphic designers to produce engaging multimedia content, such as articles, videos, images, and infographics, that showcases the apps features and benefits.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content on the app.
- Monitor app usage and engagement metrics, analyse user feedback, and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Converge Team to execute targeted promotional activities, including contests, incentives, and referral programs, to increase app usage and drive user acquisition.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app marketing, user experience, and engagement strategies, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Support the Marketing & Converge Team in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies involved in app marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination of app-related events, workshops, and webinars for business park tenants to showcase the apps capabilities and foster community engagement.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, mobile app marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, particularly in the context of mobile applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in content creation and management, including writing, editing, and graphic design.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and understanding of tenant needs and preferences is a plus.
