Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic alliances to drive business growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners in the Pharmaceutical.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals.
  • Monitor and manage performance of alliances for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts arising within the partnerships.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management regarding alliance performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build network and brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Alliances should have:

  • At least 6 years of overall experience in alliance management role.
  • The candidate should have an extensive experience of the Pharma industry
  • S/he should have an exposure in multiple therapy areas and have an experience of managing both external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication is a key requirement for the role.
