Job Description

We are looking for Manager - Air Division(HOD).

Location : Andheri

CTC : 12LPA +

Experience : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the export air cargo sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for Ryder Shipping Lines Pvt. Ltd.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

2. Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the export air cargo department, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.
  • Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance with international regulations.
  • Manage and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Develop and optimize operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Ensure the team is well-trained and stays updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

4. Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the department's budget, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
  • Analyze financial reports to assess profitability and identify areas for improvement.

5. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure service excellence and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 80,000.00 per month
