Direct report to GBS HR Strategy leader; Matrix report to Frank Van Roijen on Eric's team
Near term focus areas
- Partner with the HR DVP, BU leadership, and senior HR team to provide the reporting, research, and analyses that refine the GBS talent strategy and decisions
- Improve global HR data quality by identifying and closing gaps between iKare, GV, EV, etc.
- Drive the adoption of HR's enterprise analytics tools within the GBS HR team
- Provide the HR team with local labor market trends and analyses

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, build, and execute on analyses and/or projects that support business needs from an HR perspective. Consults with internal clients to determine business needs, and develops critical insights and analysis in support of business priorities and projects (including, but not limited to: report generation, ad-hoc reporting, dashboard creation, and advanced data analysis.)
- Work with HR data to support both internal assigned clients as well as operational processes using data from a wide range of areas (Talent, Reward, Diversity, Talent Acquisition, Associate surveys, etc) from multiple different systems.
- Work with local HR teams and our HR reporting team to audit HR data and ensure data accuracy and continued focus on data quality.
- Drive HR adoption of team content locally within the HRBP and Talent Acquisition organizations (dashboards, self-service reporting, etc)
- Generate and analyze data and metrics across the company to drive data driven decision making and decision support in the organization.
- Partner with other areas of HR and provide analytical support as well as help with project management of various HR processes throughout the year.
- Ensure work products and presentations are error-free and conform to visual presentation standards including data checking, proofreading, formatting and corporate branding guidelines.
- Understand and support the People Analytics strategy and act as a role model for the analytics team as we expand the amount of high quality analytics and insights through the organization.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyze data effectively.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of data visualization and data storytelling techniques including knowledge of Tableau (able to create and interpret graphs, tables, and frame a story around it)
- Immaculate attention to detail and a keen eye towards visual presentation of work product.
- A positive can-do attitude and a high personal accountability for results.
- Ability to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for HR and Analytics (do you like to ask why and find insights/answers)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ year(s) of relevant experience
- Strong qualitative and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of Tableau
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or Cognos
- Prior work experience with HR data within a large global company
- Experience in statistics and statistical analysis software/packages
- Knowledge of SQL for data wrangling and data analysis
