5 Budgeting and Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets for administrative and HR functions
Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
6 Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies
Prepare and present regular reports on administrative and HR activities to senior management
