products, we are enroute to solving some of the most complex warehouse robotic problems.

Built by alum from IIM Ahmedabad, Georgia Tech, we are backed by some of the most respected silicon-

valley VCs. We are now scaling our team.

The Role:

We are seeking a Manager Admin and HR who will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This dual-focused role requires a professional who is both strategic and hands-on, excelling in HR management and overseeing key office administration duties to support a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Management:

- Oversee office inventory, ensuring necessary supplies and equipment are available and maintained.

- Coordinate administrative tasks such as securing documents, and office maintenance.

- Ensure timely acquisition of signatures from founders on bank and legal documents when required.

- Handle documentation and processes related to banking needs and transactions.

2. Visa and Travel Coordination:

- Facilitate visa applications for new joiners, coordinating necessary paperwork and documentation.

- Arrange travel and accommodation for visa interviews and related travel needs for employees.

3. Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.

4. Onboarding & Offboarding Management:

- Manage all aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. This includes preparing offer letters, processing paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and retrieving company assets upon departure.

- Ensure new hires are equipped with necessary tools, access, and information for a smooth integration into their roles, while coordinating with hiring managers and HRfor system access, workstations and introductions.

- Oversee the termination of system access, credential clearance, and compliance with data security protocols for departing employees.

- Develop and update onboarding materials such as ppt and welcome kits, while also sharing offer letters and exit documents with the accounts team to facilitate the salary processing and final settlements.

5. Employee Performance, Relations, Engagement & Attendance Management:

- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback to employees.

- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes while promoting a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution and effective communication.

- Offer guidance and support to supervisors and managers in managing employee relations to foster a healthy work environment.

- Develop and implement employee engagement activities to boost morale and strengthen organizational culture.

- Configure, manage, and maintain the leave and attendance management system via the Razorpay app, ensuring accurate monitoring of attendance records, leave balances, and approvals in line with company policies.

- Validate and audit attendance data for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance.

- Track and manage employee work hours using the EazyTimePro app, reviewing and validating time entries for accuracy and policy adherence.

6. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures.

7. HR Policies and Procedures:

- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

- Educate employees on HR policies and ensure adherence.

- Recommend and implement changes to improve HR processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- 2+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organisational, project management and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to multitask and manage office operations effectively.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency with HR and administrative tools/software.

Job Location: Koramangala 1st Block, Bangalore (Onsite role, Monday to Friday).
