Managing admin contracts forvendors.
Monitoring & controllingadministration capex/opex expenditure and maintaining cost efficiency in adminassets inventory as per budget guidelines.
Liaising with consultants &suppliers, site and resource management
Developing and implementingsourcing initiatives to create a competitive edge over the market and ensurecost savings.
Closing sustainable long-termpartnership with vendors & suppliers; monitoring performance to meetservice, cost, delivery and quality norms; negotiating on pricing, qualityimprovement rate, timely delivery and credit terms.
Directing end to end management ofcorporate events & functions.
Partnering with safety &security advisory service providers to ensure safety and security at workplace.
