What will you do
- Hunting Business Expansion Take ownership of building and expanding the Hunting business segment for our digital and TV assets across the West and South regions. Implement strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth
- GTM Strategies Devise compelling and effective Go-To-Market narratives that resonate with the target audience. Create strategies that address market dynamics, client needs, and competition
- Stakeholder Relationships Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and agencies. Collaborate closely with clients at various levels and Hunting agency proprietors to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Market Interaction Engage extensively with clients, agencies, and internal teams. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand Solutions, PRS, and Ad Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Market Insights Possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape, digital agencies, and Hunting clients within the West and South regions. Stay informed about market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities
- Sales Target Orientation Demonstrate a strong sales focus, setting and striving to exceed sales targets. Apply a proactive approach to identify growth avenues and convert opportunities into successful deals
- Interpersonal Skills Showcase excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and an innate ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Market Connect Leverage your market connections to establish our brand presence, secure partnerships, and explore new avenues for revenue generation
Who should apply
- 6-10 years of Hunting Media Sales experience mandatory
- Applicants who have demonstrated success in building and expanding SMB business segments
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally within digital platforms, OTT, social media, or sports channels
- Individuals who have a strong understanding of digital agencies and SMB clients
- Candidates who have the ability to devise effective GTM strategies that align with market dynamics
