JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Implement SOP's, Formats, weekly & Monthly MIS reports to ensure smooth function of Accounts Department. Direct and Indirect Taxation.
Convert all old records to digital records keeping with systematic folders department & year wise for ROC, GST, Old VAT/ Service Tax, Income Tax, legal notices with response, Audit reports etc.
Daily Cashflow (utilization) report submission to management by EOD
Monthly bank reconciliation by every month
Regular Follow up with Debtors (receivable) & Timely disbursements of vendor payments before due dates
Monthly Financial Forecast for all income and outgoings
Monthly & quarterly Budgeting for all expenses towards office maintenance, salaries, AMC, loan repayments, site overheads etc
Financial Planning & Fund Management including sourcing of funds, reallocating of funds, investments, loan adjustments, interest realignments.
Overall accountability of all monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual compliances for TDS, GST, ROC, MSME & IT filings
P & L statement - Quarterly and project specific
Annual Book Closure and finalization including P&L, Balance Sheet, Internal & External Audits
