Supplier.io seeks an experienced Manager of Accounts Payable and Receivables to increase cash flow velocity. This role is built for ambitious self-starters, who can design and implement process improvements.
What You Will Do
- Ensure all invoices are processed timely and accurately for both US and international vendors.
- Independently manage activities of US accounts receivable personnel ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all credit, cash receipts and collections activities.
- Monitor billing email inbox to ensure both internal and external inquiries are being addressed accurately and timely.
- Monitor and report Collections metrics to leadership, including Controller and CFO, and other stakeholders.
- Manage invoice approvals and coding, ensure workflow routings are appropriate and accelerated as needed; address any AP aging and unapproved invoices.
- Ensure high priority, past due, and/or other urgent requests are addressed across departments.
- Assist in developing and implementing strengthened internal control policies and procedures
- Responsible for driving cohesive cross-functional approach to team and its interaction with customers, internal and external
- Track vendor spend against budget and approved purchase orders and reconcile each month.
- Assist with month-end accruals, cash and credit card account reconciliations, and intercompany payables and receivables.
What You ll Need to Succeed:
- Undergraduate degree required, or equivalent in experience
- 5+ years of AP/AR experience; SaaS or tech sales experience highly preferred
- Hand on experience with NetSuite highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel
- Must be available to work US business hours
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and strong presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and problem-solving abilities
