Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable
- Proven experience in managing accounting and financial operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
