Area of Expertise-

1. Direct Tax Income Tax Assessment, TDS/ TCS compliances, Computation of Advance Tax liability

2. GST Compliances, Monthly Return and Annual Return, Reconciliation between GSTR3B and GSTR2A

3. Finalization of Books of Accounts, Preparation of Balance Sheet, and Coordination with Statutory Auditors

4. Knowledge and Experience in the Preparation of Income Tax Returns, Computation, Advance Tax Planning for Individual

5. Preparation of CMA Data, cover letter, Monthly Stock Statement, and other details as may be required by the Bank for Working Capital Limit enhancement/ review.

6. Daily Control of the Bank and Preparing BRS

7. Review of Books of Accounts on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis

8. Coordination with Credit Rating Agencies

9. Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Customer

10. Full knowledge of GST with experience in filing Monthly GST Returns, GST Annual

Returns

11. Handling of GST Audit

12. Full Knowledge of Tax Audit and TDS

13. Finalization of books of accounts and Preparation of Consolidated Balance Sheet

14. Preparation of CMA Data for the Bank

15. Review of day-to-day Accounting and Banking entries

16. Preparation of various MIS Reports for Management including Debtors Control, Creditors payment terms, P/L, Balance Sheet, etc.

17. Knowledge of ROC-related compliances applicable to Private Company

18. Knowledge for handling Income Tax Assessments, Sales Tax Assessments

19. Working Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
