Develop recruitment strategies to attract and on-board high-quality contractual employees. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
Assist in budget planning for contractual workforce expenses.
Manage salary structures, including OT calculations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Process payroll accurately and timely for contractual employees.
Identify training needs for contractual employees and develop training programs accordingly. Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the contractual workforce.
Implement and maintain attendance tracking systems for contractual employees. Monitor attendance records, address discrepancies, and enforce attendance policies.
Serve as a point of contact for contractual employees to address grievances and concerns. Investigate employee complaints and disputes, and facilitate resolution in a fair and timely manner. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Ensure implementation of engagement initiatives as per the scheduled calendar including wellness programs, Preparing Engagement Calendar, employees touch points.
Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance:Support the implementation and maintenance of QMS processes related to HR functions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures in all HR activities.
Lead the implementation of a new initiative aimed at 3 Cs Communication, Collaboration and creativity, by effectively communicating ideas, collaborating with teams members to achieve common goals, and fostering a creative environment that encourages innovation and problem solving.
Ensure training related to HR SOPs and HR policies to department team and employees of the Site.
