Position Title: Management Trainee

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and other centres in the states of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana / Tamil Ndu & Karnataka

Department: Various Departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal)

Reports To: Department Heads / Mentors

Position Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated MBA graduates from Tier II/III institutes and Law graduates to join our Management Trainee program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various functions of the company. Management Trainees will be groomed to take on future leadership roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training and Development:

• Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of the business.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

1. Departmental Rotations:

• Rotate through different departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal) to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
• Work on real-time projects and assignments in each department.
• Collaborate with department heads and mentors to learn industry best practices.

1. Operational Support:

• Assist in day-to-day operations and support departmental activities.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and strategic projects.

1. Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Participate in customer relationship management activities.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.

1. Compliance and Legal Support:

• For Law graduates, assist the legal team with compliance and regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide support in drafting legal documents.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all business operations.

1. Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and evaluate performance against set objectives and targets.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to mentors and department heads.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members across various departments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

1. Leadership Development:

• Develop leadership skills through mentoring and coaching.
• Take on additional responsibilities and demonstrate initiative.
• Prepare for future leadership roles within the organization.

Qualifications:

• MBA graduates from Tier II/III institutes.
• Law graduates with a strong academic record.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.
