ob Description: Management Trainee - Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the growth and expansion of the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
Monitor key performance metrics and contribute to business growth goals.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups as required.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Previous internship or experience in business development is a plus.
