Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager who is proactive, sales-driven, and goal-oriented. The primary responsibility of this role is to set up appointments for our Sales Managers to conduct at least five product demos daily. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling sales, lead generation through cold calling, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and set up appointments for Sales Managers through cold calling and telecalling.
- Schedule and coordinate daily product demos to ensure a consistent pipeline.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in tech sales or HRMS solutions.
- Strong telecalling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HRMS solution sales.
