Management Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Trainee to join our Electric Vehicle Financing team. As a Management Trainee, you will assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer experience in the Electric Vehicle Loans segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing

marketing strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency,

reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Risk Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with Electric

Vehicle Loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing,

and Operations, to achieve business objectives.

Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to

inform strategic decisions.

Leadership Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance

leadership skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

MBA from Tier 1 college

2+ years of experience in Electric Vehicle Loans or related fields

Strong understanding of the Electric Vehicle industry and financing landscape

Experience in management or leadership roles

Strong knowledge in Advanced Excel is mandatory and PPT presentation will be plus

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Knowledge of financial software and systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Should be ready to travel
