Essential Qualification: MBA Finance with Engineering degree will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Sectors Research
- Market Trends Analysis: Conduct deep dives into various industry sectors to identify emerging market trends, leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative insights.
- Competitive Landscape Evaluation: Analyze the competitive dynamics within targeted sectors, identifying key players, market share distribution, and unique value propositions.
- Innovation Tracking: Stay abreast of technological advancements and innovative business models within sectors of interest, evaluating their potential impact on our strategic positioning.
- Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities within specific sectors, including regulatory changes, market volatility, and geopolitical factors.
- Collaboration for Strategy Development: Work closely with the strategic planning team to integrate sector research findings into broader business development initiatives and strategy formulations.
Educational Workshops and Seminars: Participate in and, occasionally, lead educational workshops and seminars focused on sector-specific trends, sharing insights and learnings with the wider team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external industry experts and internal stakeholders to validate research findings and refine strategic approaches based on sector analysis.
Strategic Learning and Support
- Strategic Engagement: Actively participate in strategic planning sessions and business development initiatives, leveraging the opportunity to gain insights into the decision-making process at a strategic level.
- M&A and Industry Analysis: Assist in the analysis of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and perform comprehensive industry/sector research, guided by experienced mentors.
Financial Analysis and Modeling
- having intensive training modules focused on mastering financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Application and Experience: Apply learned skills to real-world scenarios and projects, supporting the creation of financial forecasts and project analyses.
Reports and Presentations
- Data Synthesis and Storytelling: Work closely with senior staff to compile, organize, and present information in both reports and presentations, honing skills in data visualization and narrative building.
- Investor Engagement: Develop and refine investor presentations and information memorandums, benefiting from the critique and guidance of seasoned professionals.
MIS (Management Information System) Utilization
- MIS Mastery: Gain proficiency in navigating and managing MIS/Database systems, emphasizing the critical role of data integrity and management in strategic decisions.
- Data Management Practices: Contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of MIS operations, implementing best practices in data management.
Professional Development and Networking
- Continual Learning: Keep abreast of the latest industry, market, and sector trends through a variety of learning resources, seminars, and workshops.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
- Knowledge in technical areas such as Financial Modeling, and familiarity with programming languages like Python and Java, is an advantage.
- Experience in analyzing financial data, qualitative company analysis, and stock market evaluation, demonstrating critical thinking and a quick learning capability.
- Previous experience in project Management will be an advantage
- Possess a strong foundation in analysis and report writing.
