Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our Software Sales team. This entry-level role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in software sales, equipping the right candidate with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training: Participate in a structured training program to learn about our software solutions, sales processes, and the competitive landscape, with a focus on CRM and SaaS products.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Support the sales team by researching and identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing initial contacts to build a sales pipeline.
- Customer Engagement: Work with senior sales representatives to understand customer needs, deliver compelling product presentations, and build strong client relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of our software products, staying informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all client-facing materials.
- Data Management: Use CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up tasks.
- Performance Metrics: Set and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, client meetings, and sales conversions as part of the training program.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with potential clients.
