Position Overview:
As a Management Trainee in Inside Sales, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales. You will work closely with our seasoned sales professionals to learn about our products, services, and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about the company's products, services, and target market.
- Assist senior sales representatives in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks as part of the training program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

During 6-month training period, you will undergo frequent evaluation followed by final evaluation at the end. Successful completion of the evaluation will pave the way for transitioning into a full-time employment within the organization.
