We are looking for a dynamic Management Trainee to join our team, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources (HR). This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience across these critical business functions while contributing to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Business Development:
· Drive companys digital marketing strategy to improve its online presence
· Assist with visual and textual content creation/writing for email marketing, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), and website updates
· Propose tools to target potential clients (email marketing)
· Write content for company's digital channels like website, social media, etc.
· Research and onboard any digital tools which will make the Marketing processes more effective
· Create template for managing sales leads
· Generate and identify leads on platforms like LinkedIn, qualify, pursue them and drive them towards closure
· Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth
· Help maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue new business opportunities
· Generate & track invoices at the end of the month and handle business operations and tasks
· We are in the process of launching our new digital product. You should be able to design the marketing strategy and should also drive the identified actions to launch the product
Human Resources:
· Drive recruitment, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees/contractors
· Help manage employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, payslips and training programs
· Contribute to HR policies, employee relations, and maintaining compliance with labor laws
· Take responsibility towards HR administrative tasks like maintaining employee records, timesheets
· Drive implementation of HR management software at Progreva eg: Odoo or Frappe
An ideal candidate:
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Management studies, or related fields.
Skills:
· Proactive problem-solving ability and innovative thinking
· Ability to manage and meet deadlines effectively
· Has a solutioning mindset, and is independent and self-driven. Believes in defining the problem statement, proposing and acting on the optimum solution
· Is a humble Team player who is able to work in close collaboration with a remote distributed team in a matrix setup
· Is comfortable working during Central European work hours (CET)
