We are looking for Management Trainees for our Chennai office to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a role with advancement potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand each departmentâs (e.g. Operations, Risk Management etc) daily processes and goals.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, determine brand perceptions, evaluate market penetration, and understand customer needs.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.

- Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Create and give presentations.
Required Skills/Competencies
- PG (MBA or similar) in a Tier-1 college
- 90% + in 10th and 12th Mathematics and Science
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good financial and business acumen
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite
