Job Description
This entry-level role focuses on understanding and addressing the organization's needs for skills, knowledge, and competencies. The successful candidate will play a key role in hiring new talent, organizing employee training programs, and working closely with various departments to identify skill gaps and develop relevant training materials. Additionally, this role involves coordinating hiring initiatives and collaborating with hiring partners to ensure the successful onboarding of new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess organizational needs for skills, knowledge, and competencies.
Hire new employees and manage the recruitment process.
Organize and coordinate training programs for employees.
Collaborate with functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted training materials.
Develop and manage hiring programs in partnership with hiring agencies.
Work with external hiring partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in developing training materials and programs.
Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Expected Qualification:
Completed BBA or MBA degree with minimum

Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year.
Benefits
Salary in the Training period of 12 months: INR 30,000/month for a Master's degree candidate and INR 25,000/month for a bachelor's degree candidate.
After training and evaluation, you will be converted to Full-time employment and salary package will be revised.
