Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee (Government Tendering) at Matrix Media Solutions (P) Ltd. located in Kolkata. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of Government tenders, conducting market research, analysing tender documents, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• From IT & ITES background is preferable
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of government tendering processes and regulations
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Previous experience in government tendering is a plus
