Management Trainee for accounts receivables

Description

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our accounts receivables team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the job market context of India with a strong background in accounting. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our accounts receivables and ensuring timely collections.

ؠShould have Effective verbal and written Communication

ؠshould have Knowledge on Finance area and Should be good in Ledger Reconciliation.

ؠStrong problem-solving skills

ؠStrong analytical skills on Financial data

ؠProficiency in MS Office

ؠShould be Graduate or any Post graduation in commerce Domain

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of accounts receivables
• Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections
• Generate invoices and manage billing processes
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Provide support in the implementation of new accounting systems
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 years of experience in accounts receivables or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
