- As General Project Management Staff you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal projects from start to completion ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Implement projects while meeting the scope, schedule and costs
- Ensure compliance with GSK procedures, policies, and standards are met
- Submission of projects, preparation of documents necessary for the implementation of the investment and manage the projects portfolio
- Build and manage effective project teams, supervising the work of external companies
- Cooperate with Sponsors and main relationships with stakeholders of ongoing projects
- Obtain approval of offers, orders, contracts and accounting documents
- Manage the financial tasks and reporting on the budget
- Report on status of investment projects and ensure proper communication is provided to stakeholders
- Identify threats, report irregularities, develop a plan of preventive and corrective actions, continuously monitor risk control
- Represent GSK within the powers of attorney granted
- Support activities aimed at achieving the objectives of the manufacturing facility and key performance indicators for the department
- Prepare and participate in internal audits and those carried out by external inspectors
- Work on continuous improvement of investments in the field of safety and quality and have a proactive attitude aimed at streamlining and improving the efficiency of the investment process in GSK
- Define ambitious goals and improve competences in the field of entrusted responsibilities
Basic Qualifications: - bachelors degree
- 2+ years experience in a project related position in the industry
Preferred Qualifications: - bachelors degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Project is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
- Technical background
- Prefer experience in the international environment
