Job Description

  • As General Project Management Staff you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal projects from start to completion ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
  • Implement projects while meeting the scope, schedule and costs
  • Ensure compliance with GSK procedures, policies, and standards are met
  • Submission of projects, preparation of documents necessary for the implementation of the investment and manage the projects portfolio
  • Build and manage effective project teams, supervising the work of external companies
  • Cooperate with Sponsors and main relationships with stakeholders of ongoing projects
  • Obtain approval of offers, orders, contracts and accounting documents
  • Manage the financial tasks and reporting on the budget
  • Report on status of investment projects and ensure proper communication is provided to stakeholders
  • Identify threats, report irregularities, develop a plan of preventive and corrective actions, continuously monitor risk control
  • Represent GSK within the powers of attorney granted
  • Support activities aimed at achieving the objectives of the manufacturing facility and key performance indicators for the department
  • Prepare and participate in internal audits and those carried out by external inspectors
  • Work on continuous improvement of investments in the field of safety and quality and have a proactive attitude aimed at streamlining and improving the efficiency of the investment process in GSK
  • Define ambitious goals and improve competences in the field of entrusted responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
  • bachelors degree
  • 2+ years experience in a project related position in the industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • bachelors degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Project is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Technical background
  • Prefer experience in the international environment
