Management Trainee - Digital Marketing (LIPL-1925)

Screening Criteria

• Must have completed BBA/MBA with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
• Digital marketing internship or trainee experience is preferred.

Job Overview:

• Execute branding and promotional activities across digital platforms to build the company's online presence.
• Manage and update website content to improve engagement and enhance the user experience.
• Develop and maintain digital marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online campaigns.
• Oversee social media content, focusing on LinkedIn, and drive engagement through regular posts and interactions.
• Support the organization and promotion of digital campaigns and exhibitions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to digital marketing activities and sales performance.
• Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) with ERP documentation related to customer engagements.
• Ensure digital documentation is in place to support IATF 16949:2016 audits.
• Coordinate digital activities related to customer visits to the plant to ensure a seamless experience.
