Job Description:
- Customer Interaction - Assist New & Existing Customers with the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understand how to use our software effectively. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on key features and benefits.
- Customer Relationship - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Proactively engage with customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Customer Service - Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system. Generate and analyze reports on customer success metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and development teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is communicated. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- 0 to 1 years of experience in Customer Facing or similar roles.
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and other languages.
