- Keeping seniors informed and providing regular financial reports and updates on clients, including financial statements, and other performance metrics. Maintaining open lines of communication to understand the needs and concerns.
- Reviewing financial documents for completeness and accuracy before they are submitted to seniors for review.
- Preparing financial statements and reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other documents that track the company's financial status.
- Preparing journal entries to record transactions such as payments on loans, dividends paid to shareholders, or purchases of equipment.
- Calculating taxes such as sales tax, VAT or payroll withholdings from employee pay checks.
- Investigating and resolving accounting errors and discrepancies.
- Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results.
Liaise with senior/AM to improve the financial procedures.
Requirements
