Brief on the ACE program is below:

The Advanced Certificate of Excellence (ACE) is a comprehensive program designed to create professional bankers ready to progress into middle and senior management positions in the future by taking them through an accelerated career long journey that involves:

• A learning and development program with a focus on a multitude of banking pathways
• Placement in multiple front office and functional domains
• International assignments
• Leadership sponsorship

The training will be delivered by a mix of internal and external subject matter experts (external instructors and internal subject matter experts) and will also include senior guest speakers including Group Heads, so the participants have a 360 perspective of Mashreq business and the capital markets dynamics. ACE Program Requirements:

• Bachelors / Masters Graduate 2022 Onwards
• Min GPA: 3.4 and above
• Majors:
• Finance / Accounting
• Business Management
• Micro / Macro Economics
• Entrepreneurship
• Engineering

• Experience: 0-2 years
• The graduates are to sign an indemnity for a two-year lock-in after successfully passing and completing the program.
• Min GPA: 3.4 and above/5 - Min CGPA: 8.4/10 requirement.
