- Drive the Annual Operating Planning process through alignment with several stakeholder functions such as Finance, Sales, etc.
- Facilitate Operations Reviews and represent Operations in Business Reviews with Management and Investors
- Prepare presentations to effectively communicate the performance to top Management and Investors
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at organization's growth
- Support the Operations Team by driving key initiatives on growth (organic and inorganic capacity expansion, etc.), efficiency improvement (PUE improvement, automation, etc.) and process improvements
- Ensure governance across processes such as PR-to-PO process, Vendor invoice payments, budgeted vs actual spends. Identify gaps, prepare status reports, suggest corrective actions.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- B.E./B.TECH. (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) and MBA from reputed institutes (Finance/Operations preferred)
- 3-5 years experience in Operations / Strategy / Technical roles
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to deliver high-quality output under tight timelines
- Self-started, team player, ability and desire to learn quickly
- Attention to detail, critical-thinking
- Strong networking skills, strong communication skills
