Management of Project(Automative Domain)

Roles &Responsibility

1. Co-ordinate ongoing projects in Client and facilitate issue/concern resolution.
2. Co-ordinate & manage Annual Budget and Strategy cycle with key stake holders.
3. Independently conducting composite project rating audit.Prepare & propose Composite project ratings assessment for projectsalong with respective PPMs & PMs.
4. Datamining, data analysis, creating data regression models
5. Reports and project presentation creation for management reviews
6. Project monitoring and reporting for management MIS
7. Timesheet analysis and report generation for manpower analysis.Perform Resource utilization analysis (Timesheet study) along with HR, IT & COEs and support developing manpower strategy for active projects & special initiatives.
8. Participating in ECR and Projects along with PMG, COEs, CDMM, and platforms
9. Support Product Development Function deploy suitable processes (internal / Sector / Corporate) & resolve conflicts by co-ordinating with department heads & COEs.
10. Co-ordinate withEngineering, CDMM, Quality & Validation Heads/COEs for compilation of PD Head Goal sheet with updates against Goals & MOPs
11. Support Platform & Engineering team for completing legal contracts (NDA/Agreements) with third party engineering service providers
12. Co-ordinate & manage key stakeholders like EA to BH, Head-Key Business Initiatives, COE-Business Excellence team & COE-ALC for regular PD function updates & highlights on projects
