Job Description

Roles Responsibilities

Think, think, and think some more: To research and plan high-impact growth experiments and initiatives
Vision without execution is just hallucination: Work with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and the marketing team to execute the above initiatives.

Must-have mindsets and skillsets

Tolerance for ambiguity: A get-it-donerather than a wait-for-perfectionapproach. A good bad - answer is better than no answer at all.
Iterative problem-solving: which means understanding problems clearly, and rapidly iterating on creative and implementable solutions
Bias to own, hustle and deliver: which means an innate urge to take lead on new initiatives, by default, and not wait to be told what to do. You should want to own things; not wait to follow someone else.
Obsession with excellence: which means being thoughtful, independent and detailed with all inputs and outputs
Clear communicator: Excellent communication and writing ability is a must.
Caring and inspirational teammate: which means bringing the best out of every colleague, always :)
Versatility and focus to adapt: Ability to understand and work with a diverse group of people
from a variety of backgrounds and teams.


Requirements
Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience

Analytical ability and interest in recent market trends
Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking/consulting/equity research industries.
Commitment of 20 hours per week
Currently pursuing an MBA or have just graduated
College students who are looking for a challenging internship spanning 3 to 6 month at a high-growth high-impact startup
Given that the role involves close interaction with the founder and head of corporate development, oral and written communication skills are paramount.
