Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Management Intern at SEMS Foundation. The Management Intern will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, conducting research and analysis, and supporting the implementation of various programs and projects. The intern will work closely with the senior management team and contribute to strategic planning, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports, and developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Background in nonprofit or management is a plus
