Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Intern at OaKInnovatica Solutions in Pune. The Management Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day management tasks, such as data analysis, market research, business plan preparation, social media updates, case study preparation, go to market strategy, competitive analysis etc. The intern will work closely with the management team to support various operational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of energy sector and sustainability concepts
• Experience with project coordination and management
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Preference

• MBA final year students from Tier 1, Tier 2 colleges
• Candidates must be okay to work for 6 months as an intern
• In office job. No work from home
• Available to join immediately

• Monthly stipend as per industry standard+Bonus+TA/DA
