Role Title: Project Lead
Location: Remote/Various College Campuses
Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Overview: Flow is seeking a dynamic and organized Project Lead to manage collaborations with multiple college STEM communities and clubs, including ACM, SIGCHI, IEEE, training and placement cells, career development centres, and other related organizations within engineering colleges, universities, higher technical education, and research institutions. The ideal candidate will oversee the integration of Flow's platform across different institutions, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee collaboration projects between Flow and various college STEM communities and clubs.
- Act as the main point of contact for each institution.
- Utilize Notion for task management and collaboration.
- Coordinate with Flow's technical team for API integration and platform customization at each institution.
- Manage the content curation process in collaboration with Flow and community representatives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the platform at each institution.
- Organize and execute launch events at multiple campuses.
- Establish and maintain feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Monitor user engagement metrics and prepare periodic reports for each collaboration.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency, especially in API integration and CMS.
- Experience with Notion or similar project management tools.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Analytical skills for monitoring and reporting on user engagement.
Industry Experience:
- Educational Technology: Experience working with EdTech platforms, learning management systems, or educational content delivery.
- Higher Education: Experience collaborating with universities, colleges, or other higher education institutions.
- STEM Fields: Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, with familiarity in working with STEM organizations and communities.
- Nonprofit and Professional Organizations: Experience working with professional societies, nonprofit organizations, or student clubs, especially those related to ACM, SIGCHI, IEEE, etc.
Compensation: INR 12000 - 15000 per month (Flexible)
Weekly Working hours: 30-35 hours per week
Weekly working Days: 5-6 days per week
Fully remote position, work from home, work from anywhere.
